At Dongio Caffe, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@dongiocaffe.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return Requests

Customers in the United States may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. To request a return, please contact us at info@dongiocaffe.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Food and Coffee Products

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, opened coffee products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons. This includes coffee pods, capsules, coffee beans, ground coffee, and other edible products.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dongiocaffe.com. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue.

If approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Dongio Caffe or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
